Christmas in our ♥'s

Each family celebrates Christmas differently. They have their own Christmas traditions that could have started generations ago. Well, in our family our own Christmas tradition started last 2005.

Each year at Christmas eve we attend the night mass here in our village which ends at 9:00pm ,after that my dad sets up his camera in our living room where our annual Christmas pictures are taken. Here’s our family Christmas Picture for this year:

Followed by picture of me with my sisters, my parents pictures and other random pictures.

After taking lots and lots of pictures, we eat together and wait until it’s 11:30pm, that is when we exchange our gifts. For this year I picked my dad’s name for our Kris Kringle.

Here’s the list of whose name we picked for our family’s Kris Kringle this Christmas:
Dad-Mom
Mom-Me
Me-dad
Ate Jerene-Ate Joanna
Ate-Joanna-Ate Jerene

The list was so unexpected, ate jerene and I even made bets of who picked who and we didn't came up with this list.

The following pictures will just explain the rest. :)

My dad picked my mom and gave her a L'occitane set she wanted. :)

Mom jokingly said she picked ate jerene, she believed her. HAHA. :D

it turned out my mom picked me. Yay! :p

My gift from Mom (and dad).

Dad is sad. (awwww..ROFL. :))))) my gift for him (online bought) didn't arrived, LBC is on holiday.
Nikon 24-70mm Zoomable Thermo Mug and Nikon 4gb USB.

My dad loves photography so I got this for him, it arrived on December 27.

Ate Jerene received a new cellphone, a Samsung wave
Ate Joanna received a netbook

I received a 32Gb iTouch 4

After this, we just gave gifts to one another that we know they like. Then, we just cleaned up the gift wrappers and slept.
This ends our Christmas Celebration. :)

It's a "ME" thing...

Hey Everyone!

So before I start filling this blog with posts about fashion and makeup of course I gotta start talking about myself. You're probably wondering, who is this random girl who just talks about fashion, makeup, style and anything else in between?

Well let me introduce myself. My full name is Christine Joyce R. Lopez.
Im a sophomore student which means im 13 years old, im blowing out candles every December 22. I made this blog as a computer class project but i'm planning to continue on writing and posting on this blog to write about the things that I like and enjoy doing the most.

I developed my love for fashion and makeup when I was 12. Through browsing on fashion magazines, watching videos about fashion, makeup and hair tutuorials on youtube my eyes were unfolded and my knowledge broaden. Fashion for me is a form of self-expression, because on how you dress its a reflection of what you feel, on how you think and what your mood is. Fashion is not just about looking fabulous and paparazzi ready, its also about comfort. What's the point of wearing those 4 inches stilettos if they hurt like hell?comfort shouldn't compromise looks in any way. But no matter what you wear, have confidence and smile! Your smile will be your best accessory. EVER! :) On the other hand, Makeup is about enhancing and accentuating your natural features, and sometimes covering and hiding all of those things that you're kinda not satisfied at, it shouldn't be serious but it should be fun, be creative! think about art! Your face is like the canvass, every stroke of the brush across your face, every swipe of gloss onto your lips, and every new look that you create its a product of your creativity and imagination! Be proud of it!

So before I end this "me" post, let me give you an advice, do what you love, do what makes you happy, never listen and never anything or anyone else pull you down and make you stop doing on what you love by the negativity that they are giving you. Follow your heart in everything and in every decision that you will make, and in there you'll find true happiness.

                                                                                                                   xoxo,
